Approach
I believe that true peace of mind, both for oneself and others, is grounded in holistic well-being and resilience. These are qualities I deeply value, continually cultivate, and am passionate about fostering in others. therapy, grief and loss, and play therapy for both children and adults.
I use the “Therapy That Works” framework—a comprehensive model that unifies various therapeutic modalities. Among the most rewarding aspects of my practice is the incorporation of mindfulness, a discipline I greatly admire. As Jon Kabat-Zinn describes, mindfulness is “the awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally.” This principle informs both my professional work and personal life. Art, play, somatic, as well as talk, therapy are incorporated in my practice, supported by Bowenian, Narrative, Solution focused and Emotionally focused theories.
