Joan Kamere

Hi, I'm Joan Kamere, a therapist based in Nairobi, Kenya. I hold a BA in Psychology and an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy, and I am the founder of JK Therapy KE.  

My approach to therapy is eclectic and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. Grounded in family systems theory, I incorporate techniques such as solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, experiential therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) among others.  

My Vision: To be a catalyst for lifelong positive change in the lives of all who seek my services.  

My Mission: Empowering the global Kenyan community to build healthy inner foundations and functional family systems through culturally relevant evidence-based care.
