I am a highly motivated, optimistic psychology professional currently pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. I have a strong commitment to improving mental health outcomes and fostering resilience within individuals I work with. My academic background, training, and my practical experiences have provided me with a solid foundation in psychological theories, treatment planning, and therapeutic techniques. My approach involves use of CBT, Psychoanalysis, and Mindfulness techniques.
