I am a licensed psychotherapist working with individuals navigating trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, identity related concerns, and life transitions.

I use an integrative, trauma informed approach, with EMDR as my primary modality, alongside relational, narrative, attachment based and somatic frameworks.

My work is collaborative and client centered, grounded in evidence based practice, and tailored to each individual’s history, strengths, and goals. I focus on building safety, processing past experiences, and supporting authentic living.
