Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, in schools, hospitals, and outpatient care environments. I have specialized in trauma-informed care, child and adolescent counseling, family therapy, and emotional regulation techniques, CBT,   help individuals overcome mental health challenges, tailoring each session with the uniqueness it deserves.
