My expertise is informed by life experiences and my education which extended into my dissertation research on perceptions of infertility and childlessness in SSA, which has been published and contributes to the growing body of knowledge in this field.  

I am committed to meeting individuals at their unique level in my practice. Using evidence-based, human centered approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) to empower personal growth and transformation.

I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their concerns and work towards meaningful growth in their mental healthcare journey…always confidential.
