I was drawn to this work through an inspiring psychology teacher and my own lived experiences. These influences shaped my deep belief in resilience, healing, and the power of meaningful change. I create a collaborative space where clients feel empowered to explore their stories and move forward with clarity and strength. My approach is rooted in narrative and solution-focused therapy, supporting clients in re-authoring their experiences and building on what already works.
